Mal Paper Daily Goal Setter

 If like me, you're a bit of a plate spinner (or portfolio career person, I believe is the official term), or you're just feeling a bit swamped lately, this Mal Paper Daily Goal Setter is just the thing for decluttering your mind and becoming more productive. Whatever your goals, be they related to work, study, finance or health, you'll be able to record your progress and take charge of the steps you need to take.  The daily goal setters are A5 hardback journals that come in black, grey and pink, and allow you set out monthly, weekly, and daily goals. You're also able to get things in to perspective by writing down what you're grateful for, and what positive things are happening in your life each day. When you feel weighed down with deadlines and your goals feel unachievable, this is a trick used by counsellors and life coaches - breathe and focus on what's going right, before making solid plans to work on the rest.  I really like that the daily planner section (above) allows me to prioritise tasks and tick them off. I'm such a list maker, and like being able to see what's most important in my day. I'm not sure I will want to rate my days out of 10 (lol), but I suppose it's a good way to round off the day, rather than doing what I usually do - start thinking about tomorrow's to-do list (and worrying).  I'm also loving the inspirational quotes throughout the planner, there's nothing like a good old quote to boost motivation. The black planner has two beautiful grey ribbons as page markers, giving it a luxe feel. This makes me want to work more on my creative writing and set myself some challenges, and also to do focus more on wellness by recording my daily exercise and water intake (one of these I'm way better at than the other).
